Grease for the assembly of static assemblies subject to high temperatures and aggressive environments. Enables disassembly. Dynamic lubrication of assemblies while operational, subject to oscillations or shearing effects. Effective both in static use and in the presence of vibrations.
Can be used and is effective when applied in thin coats. Product guaranteed free of metalloids and nitrites.
Lubricant and anti-corrosion agent for use at high temperatures. Do not use on surface contacts that may exhibit catalytic coupling.
Do not use on bearings or slow-moving rollers without frequently applying lubricant.
FIELD OF USE
Grease for drill stems, connectors, tools, down-the-hole hammer threads, stainless steel rods.
Low, medium and high-voltage electrical contacts.
Pantographs. Bogie centre plates.
Screwed assemblies at very high temperatures.
Cable glands. Mechanical seals. Impregnation of sealing braids.
Toric seals.
Sliding bearings on hot roll benders.
Turbines. Combustion engines. Compressors. Gas generators.
Foundry ejectors. Curing mould seals.
Furnace hinges. Ingot clamps.
Lubrication of live cables.
Point welding machine jaws.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake the aerosol can vertically for a few moments after the ball in the can becomes detached. First degrease the mechanism to be lubricated as needed using Neutralène® V200 aerosol. Spray at a distance of 15 to 25 cm depending on the size of the mechanism.
